Halloween!

Good morning all! I hope you had a wonderulf weekend. We are getting plenty of rain here in Nashville this morning, and plenty more is in the forecast for the rest of the week. Not that you will hear me complaining. I happen to thoroughly enjoy the rain.

Thank you to all who came out to the show yesterday afternoon at Bikini Beach. It was rainy, but we had a lot of fun, and worked out some killer horn lines for you. In case you missed the show, we have an even BETTER show coming up this Friday night at the VFW Hall in Hendersonville. It is a costume party, and the day before Halloween, so for those of you who need to work out a costume, come on out and show your stuff! The horn line will be dressed as the Village People. Can you guess which one I will be? Come on out and see if you are right :) The show is from 8-12.

Last week I performed at a writers night down at Wild Wing Cafe in Cool Springs, TN. Thank you to all who came out, and thanks for the fan who took all the photos! You got some great ones, and I am sharing them here! Anyone else who comes to the shows, please feel free to come up and say hi! I would love to meet you. I will be doing another writers night next Monday, so stay tuned for more details of that.

Life has a way of changing subtly every day, sometimes in ways we don't even realize. Especially around this time of year, it seems like the clock just moves quicker and quicker, and we are running to get everything done and catch up before the new year hits. Today, I invite you to take a deep breathe with me, and remember to take a moment to sip the coffee and enjoy the moment you are in right now.
